Cartuxa 2014 (Aragonêz and Alicante Bouschet)

TASTING NOTES OF Cartuxa 2014:
- View: ruby.
- Nose: fragrance of wild fruits, notes of snuff and spices.
- Mouth: good structure, tannins, good concentration, fresh and balanced.

VINES: Cartuxa
GRAPES: Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez.

AGEING: 15 months in French oak barrels and 18 months in bottle.
PREPARATION: gentle trituration and fermentation in temperature controlled steel, then a maceration time of 26 days.

PAIRING: Red meats, roast beef and grilled meat.
