TASTING NOTES OF Santos da Casa Alentejo 2015:
- View: Red.
- Nose: aromas of red fruits, notes of licorice.
- Mouth: plum, ripe cherry, a lingering finish.

APPELLATION: Alentejo.
VINES: Santos E Seixo
GRAPES: Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Trincadeira.

PREPARATION: 3 days of cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 12 °C at the beginning, the end 32, malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels used (40% of the wine).

PAIRING: Red meats, roast beef and grilled meat.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
