El Alaya Tierra 2015 is a monovarietal Garnacha Tintorera, from vines planted in historic vineyards at high altitude (around 1000m).
This is a powerful wine, dense and concentrated, with a fairly high alcohol content that pales into the background thanks to its silky texture and long finish.
We recommend consuming this delicious wine with roasted red meats, red meats in sauce, game birds, roast lamb, stews, Iberian bellota ham, hard cheeses or sauteed vegetables.
