TASTING NOTES OF Bertani Amarone Classico 2008:
- View: intense red ruby highlights.
- Nose: typical notes of plum, cherry and marasca, a variety of tones: fruit, spices and licorice, red berry fruit, hints of vanilla on a soft material and thickness.
- Mouth: perfectly balanced with acidity and tannic notes.
APPELLATION: Amarone della Valpolicella.
GRAPES: 80% Corvina, 20% Rondinella.
WINE PAIRING: seasoned meats, cheeses, feather hunting.
