TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
  • Nose: elegant, with hints of citrus, apricot, white flowers and orange blossom.
  • Mouth: fresh, delicate flavor, with soft notes of yellow fruits and citrus.

APPELLATION: Valle d'Aosta (Italy).VINEYARD: Les Crêtes.GRAPES: Arvine.

AGEING: Madura in contact with the lees for 1 and 2 months.PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, and then be pressed gently and then continue with an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 18 °C.

My best friend recommended it to me.
It had a dark yellow colour. On the nose, white fruits noticeable. It tastes just like wine, as it has to be.
Was well with fish.
