    Moderate and rather persistent effervescence and a fine mousse and compact enough. Fine and characteristic smell of honey with spicy and fruity. Hints retrolfattivi articulated and prone to persistent floral citrus, hops, yeast. Retogusto slightly bitter. Unique and singular for its ingredients.
