Fans of Back to the Future will fly high, when they hear this. No, I’m not talking about the really awesome hoverboard! I’m talking about Marty McFly‘s favourite drink from Back to the Future II, Pepsi Perfect. Doc Brown and Marty finally arrive to the future on October 21st, 2015. We’ve been waiting for so long. For this special event Pepsi created a limited edition of only 6.500 bottles of Pepsi Perfect, which will be launched the day of our heroe’s arrival.
But Pepsi Perfect is not the only drink, that can spice up your movie night. At Uvinum we have prepared a list of cocktails and longdrinks in Hollywood-style for you.
Casino Royale: Vesper Martini
- 60 ml Gin
- 20 ml Vodka
- 10 ml Lillet Blanc or Cocchi Americano
This recipe comes first-hand from James Bond himself:
“A dry martini. One. In a deep champagne goblet. Three measures of Gordon’s, one of vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet. Shake it very well until it’s ice-cold, then add a large thin slice of lemon peel.”
Belvedere Spectre 007: Bond. James Bond. One of the most charismatic and attractive characters in cinematic history requires a vodka, which is on the same level as the coolest secret agent on earth.
Of course you can also use a normal martini glass instead of champagne goblet. We won’t tell!
The Big Lebowski: White Russian
- 160 ml Vodka
- 20 ml Kahlua
- 20 ml Cream
Put some ice in a glass and mix the ingredients. Gently stir for some seconds and voilá. Then put on your best bathrobe and enjoy your cocktail just like The Dude.
Kahlúa is a typical coffee liqueur from Mexico. This is an amazing ingredient to create and make cocktails. For all fans of mixology, Kahlua is a real sweetness.

The Blues Brothers: Orange Whip
- 120 ml Orange juice
- 30 ml Rum
- 30 ml Vodka
- 60 ml Cream
First, mix all the ingredients in a blender. Then put them gently over ice. You’re a soul man!

Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas: Singapore Sling
- 45 ml Gin
- 15 ml Cherry Liqueur
- 7,5 ml Cointreau
- 7,5 ml Benedictine
- 10 ml Grenadine
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 120 ml Pineapple Juice
- Dash of bitters
Pour the ingredients over ice into a highball glass. Garnish it with a maraschino cherry, pineapple chunk and orange slice. It’s the perfect cocktail for a boy’s night out or a chill poker evening with your friends. For the true feeling of Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas add a case full of money, toy guns and cigarette holder.
Martin Miller’s Gin is a gin that is born from love. Its elaboration process is unique and respects to the maximum artesanal craftmanship. A gin, that already seduced a lot of palates and offers a great basis for all kinds of cocktails.

After all these cocktails you might be afraid of a big hangover. But young Tom Cruise already saved us with his anti-headache recipe from the epic 80ies movie, “Cocktail”.
Cocktail: Red Eye
- 30 ml Vodka
- 180 ml Tomato Juice
- 1 can of beer
- 1 raw egg
Take a tall frozen glass and pour in the vodka and tomato juice. Then add the beer and finally, crack the egg into your Red Eye. Do not stir. The egg makes the recipe sounds weird, right? It’s “Cocktails and Dreams”! Are you brave enough to try it?
