1. Alcohol-free Sangria

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups white grape juice
  • 1 cup pink grapefruit juice
  • Lemon juice
  • 750 milliliters of mineral water
  • Slices of pink grapefruit

Preparation:

  1. Mix the three juices,In a large pitcher. Refrigerate.
  2. Before serving, add the slices and sparkling mineral water.

2. Shirley Temple

Ingredients:

  • 148 milliliters of ginger beer
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine
  • Lemon peel
  • 1 slice of orange
     

Preparation:

  1. Pour the ingredients, in a shaker with crushed ice, and mix.
  2. Decorate the drink with a lemon peel and orange slice.

 

3. Coconut Dream

Ingredients:

  • 200 milliliters of coconut cream
  • 266 milliliters of water
  • Lemonade to taste
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • Lemon juice to taste

Preparation:

  1. Dissolve the coconut cream in the water.
  2. Puree the bananas and lemon juice.
  3. Mix both preparations, serve in glasses and top up with lemonade.

 

4. Bloody Driver

Ingredients:

  • 147 milliliters of tomato juice
  • 147 ml of orange juice
  • 400 milliliters of water with gas
  • 4 lemons

Preparation:

  1. Put some ice in a pitcher and add the ingredients.
  2. Mix the content and serve in glasses decorated with slices of lemon.

 

5. Ray of Sunshine

Ingredients:

  • 59 ml of apple juice
  • 59 milliliters of pineapple juice
  • Lemonade or sparkling water

Preparation:

  1. Pour apple juice and pineapple juice in a 2 litre jar, add ice
  2. Add sparkling water or lemonade and serve 

6. Fruit Punch

Ingredients:

  • 600 ml of orange juice
  • 600 milliliters of apple juice
  • 150 milliliters of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice

Preparation:

  1. Place first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and leave for 5 minutes over low heat.
  2. Serve in glasses and garnish with orange slices or lemon. 

7. Bloody Mary Virgin

Ingredients:

  • 118 milliliters of tomato juice
  • 14 ml lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • A touch of hot sauce
  • A dash of celery salt
  • A little bit of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • crushed ice
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Mix tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and seasoning in a mixing glass.
  2. Shake with crushed ice and strain into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  3. Garnish with a celery stalk and a slice of lime.

8. Pina Colada

Ingredients:

  • 59 milliliters of coconut milk
  • 90 milliliters of crushed pineapple
  • 30 milliliters of pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • brown sugar to taste

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
  2. Pour into pre-chilled glasses and garnish with an orange slice or a slice of pineapple.

Alcohol-free cocktails are excellent choices for pregnant women and families with children that want to share countless varieties of delicious and tasty mixes. 

1. Citric cocktail with tea

This drink is ideal for the cold part of the year. It has a soft citric taste and should be prepared a day ahead of consumption.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of squeezed orange juice.
  • ¾ cup of instant tea
  •  ½ cup of sweet lemonade
  • ½ cup of caster sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 pinches of ground cloves

Preparations:

  1. Mix all the ingredients well together and keep them in a container with lid for 1 day.
  2. Boil 3/4 of a cup water for each tablespoon of mix.
  3. Before serving, you can decorate the glass with slices of orange and a stick of cinnamon.

2. Cider with herbs

One of the best parts of this drink is its lovely aroma. In addition, it’s a very good alternative drink in colder regions.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 2 teaspoons of aromatic cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 pinch of aromatic pepper
  • 6 cups of apple cider

Preparation:

  1. Mix the sugar, the water, and the spices together in a pot that holds 1 liter and cook it for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix the prepared sugar mix and the cider in a pot of 2 litres and cook on high temperature for 8 minutes. Remove from the heat. Strain and serve.

3. Lemon Smoothie

This drink should be served in a tall glass, and is enough for 4 persons.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of milk
  • ¾ cup of lemon juice
  • 1 small box of condensed milk
  • 2 egg whites with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Whisked together until fluffy.
  • 2 tablespoons of finely grated lemon zest
  • Sugar to taste

Preparation:

  1. Mix together milk, lemon juice, sugar and the condensed milk in a mixmaster for 3 minutes. Whisk egg white with sugar                                                                        
  2. Pour the sorbet into the glasses and top of with whisked egg whites.                        
  3. Sprinkle over the grated lemon zest.

 

4. Alcohol-free Piña Colada

The same as the original recipe for Piña Colada and a very refreshing drink, this alcohol-free version can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of pineapple juice
  • 2 balls of rum ice cream with prunes
  • 8 drops of coconut cream
  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 4 cocktail cherry

Preparation:

  1. Mix the pineapple juice, the coconut cream, and the ice cream.
  2. Keep the mix in the fridge until serving.
  3. Decorate every glass with a slice of pineapple and cocktail cherries.

5. Apple cocktail with peppermint:

This is a very refreshing drink, healthy and very easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice                                                                                      
  • 2 apples
  • 0,5 deciliter of sparkly water
  • Peppermint leaves to taste
  • Crushed ice to taste

Preparation:

  • Add 2 leaves of peppermint to the lemon juice.
  • Peel the apples, take out the core and crush the apples finely
  • Add the lemon juice to the crushed apples.
  • Add the sparkly water.
  • Pour the mix into a large pitcher, add the ice and decorate the drink with a few leaves of peppermint. 

6. Tropical Drink:

This recipe can be done in 15 minutes, it’s nutritional and tastes just lovely.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 guava
  • 1 small papaya
  • 1 sugar apple
  • 1 banana                                                                                                                      
  • 8 passion fruits

Preparation:

  1. Squeeze the oranges, pour them into mixmaster, add the pulp of guava, papaya, and the sugar apple.
  2. Liquidize the ingredients. Add the banana and mix everything.
  3. Pour the mix into glasses and add a little bit off passionfruit pulp.
  4. Let the glasses stay in the fridge for a while, and serve cold.

 

7. Strawberry cocktail with cinnamon

You can decorate this cocktail with 2 slices of orange zest.

Ingredients:

  • 29 ml of syrup
  • 5 strawberries
  • 103 ml half cream
  • 44 ml cream
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Crushed ice

Preparation:

  1. Put the syrup, the strawberries, the half cream and the crushed ice into the mixer.
  2. Mix well. Serve in tall glasses.
  3. Top off with cream and sprinkle over cinnamon.
