VINEYARD: Château Bel Air. It is located in Saint-Emilion, a small town in the Bordeaux region in southwestern France. The vineyard spans a wide plateau and is characterized by clayey and calcareous soils. The climate is mild and sunny throughout the year.
GRAPES: Merlot (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), Cabernet Franc (20%).
AGEING: The wine is stored in French oak barrels for a period of 12 to 18 months. 30% of the barrels are new to accentuate the wood and vanilla touch imprints oak wine.
PREPARATION: grape harvesting is mainly done by hand. The fermentation is carried out for 3 to 4 weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
