TASTING NOTES OF Vara y Pulgar 2013:

  • View: purple red, clean and bright.
  • Nose: fruity aromas, berries, blueberries, mineral notes, black chocolate and licorice.
  • Mouth: floral notes, spicy, pepper, bitter chocolate, mineral notes, berries, long and aromatic finish.

APPELLATION: VT Cádiz.

GRAPES: Tintilla of Rota.

AGEING: 8 months in oak barrels used.

PREPARATION: fermentation in cement and stainless steel.
