Technical sheet · Camille Cayran la Reserve Cairanne
“This Côtes du Rhône Villages wine is a very stylish blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan which has concentrated aromas of black cherry, cassis and spices on the nose following on to a full-bodied palate. The juicy fruit core and firm but ripe tannins provide support and a long, lingering velvety finish reveals complexity of wild herbs and cinnamon.
The perfect companion to lamb chops with thyme or aged cheeses.
