Codorníu Brut Clasico (Chardonnay, Parellada and Xarel·lo)
TASTING NOTES :
- View: Codorníu Clásico is golden straw yellow .
- Nose : Aromas blend classic with notes of apple and toasted almond .
- Palate : Round and with good persistence .
DEGREE OF ALCOHOL : 11.5 %
TEMPERATURE: between 6 and 8 ° C
PAIRING: is ideal as an aperitif , accompanying nuts
GRAPES : Macabeo , and Parellada Xarello
WINEMAKING: After de-stemming and crushing GRAPES musts obtained . Selected yeasts are added and the must fermented at a temperature between 15 and 17 º C. After fermentation and stabilization of wines, the assembly is made the same and the resulting wine is bottled with liquor circulation . The bottles go to the underground WINERYs ( at a constant temperature of 17 ° C ) where the second fermentation takes place followed by a period of aging in contact with yeast lees .
