“A typical cava characterized by the Pansa Blanca Alella region.
Handpicked in small boxes.
Pressing of whole grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature of 16 ° C, a part in French oak barrels and partly in stainless steel vats.
Minimum aging of 15 months.
It has a yellow with straw-colored reflections resulting from barrel fermentation. suggestive nose, highlighting the aromas of ripe white fruit characteristic of Pansa Blanca, with light notes of toast and citrus. The palate is broad and very fresh, but with structure and a long aftertaste.”
“This wine showed a very dense colour. Notes of yeast and biscuit. Very rough on the palate.
With the right pairing the wine tasted really good.
I tried it with some friends at a wine tasting event.
I bought it on purpose on a trip to Cava.
Titiana Nature is unbeatable.
