- View: It is yellow gold with silver hues. With persistent and fine bubbles.
- Nose: complex, with aromas of citrus and fresh fruit, such as lemon and green apple with notes of loquat at the end, along with hints of cherry and blackcurrant mixed with apricot, apple, black cherry, honey, pepper, anise, peony and smoked limestone.
- Mouth: soft, fresh, creamy, mineral, slightly spicy with carbon, shedding subtle aromas of honey and biscuit. Final saline mineral return.
APPELLATION: ChampagneVINEYARD: Denis Chaput. It was founded in Champagne in 1862, but it was only until 1930 that made the production of his first champagne: Cuvée des Rochottes.
