I opened this with a friend.
A beautiful vivid colour. Mixed aromas of yeast and bakery. Despite all this Ruinart Brut Rosé 375ml seemed fairly fresh.
It's better not to pair it and drink it alone.

Ruinart Rosé Brut 375ml

A Champagne with yeasty aromas. Strong coffee flavour.
We drank it in the toasts, at a dinner with other couples.
I made an order of wine by mail. You can not miss it.
