TASTING NOTES:
- View: Intense golden yellow, brilliant, fine and persistent.
- Nose: vanilla, lemon, pineapple, floral notes and herbs.
- Mouth: persistent and aromatic flavor, soft and sweet with honey mineral nuances.

APPELLATION: Champagne
VINEYARD: The vineyard of the House of Taittinger, in the Val di Murigny, near Reims, northeastern France and in the heart of Champagne, spans 288 hectares. The vineyards spread over 37 different crops, the best for wine production and cultured in a cold climate, moderated by the Atlantic-continental currents, which carry a constant relative humidity. Siliceous clay soil finally helps maintain the correct humidity.
GRAPES: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir.

AGEING: Between late 2019 and early 2020.
PREPARATION: The harvest begins when the grapes reach the peak maturation at a temperature that is about 10 °C. Collection must entirely by hand, prohibiting the intervention of mechanical means. The vinification process which allows the combination of different grapes and different crops, provided they are of the same region is carried out by the classical method, and culminates with the aging in barrels before bottling.

MATCHING: Find the wine combined with strong-flavored vegetables, such as leeks and asparagus, as well as moderately fatty fish, such as tuna.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 9-10 °C.
ALCOHOL: 12 °
