The Champagne Taittinger Prélude Grands Crus is an assembly of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes proportions, select only the best vineyards Grands Crus of the denomination. The blend obtained from wine only from the first pressing, aged for five years on its lees. It is characterized by a pale yellow color and shiny with silver highlights, a delicately creamy foam and a very fine perlage. The nose offers a fresh, streamlined bouquet, with mineral aromas that make their way to green and floral notes, including clearly perceive elder flowers and cinnamon. In the mouth it is fine and complex, with an exceptional balance between freshness and aromatic expression. Excellent as an aperitif, it lends itself to accompany traditional dishes based on fish.
