The Ciro Rosato Librandi born in vineyards located in the district of Ciro and Val di Neto, to the slopes of the Sila. It is produced exclusively from grapes Gaglioppo, only hand-picked between the second half of September and early October. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine matures in the same containers and for a further period in the bottle before being put on the market. This Ciro Rosato features a cherry-red color with garnet reflections. The nose opens with hints of cherries, citrus and grapefruit, enriched by pleasant spicy notes. The palate is fresh and soft, with light tannins. The wine has a delicate residual sugar. Perfect with appetizers and white meat, it is ideal in combination with dishes based on fish.
