APPELLATION: Côtes de Gascogne
VINEYARD: Familles Jegerlehner & Prataviera. The land where the grapes are planted are characterized by a marine geological reputable site, so you can find a lot of fossils. The soil is rocky and does not enjoy much depth. Its vineyards are located near the town of Gondrin, Gers department, France.
GRAPES: Colombard (60%), Sauvignon Blanc (20%), Gros Manseng (20%).
AGEING: For raising the wine rests on its lees in stainless steel tanks and cement for at least 3 months.
PREPARATION: Harvesting of grapes takes place at night for better preservation of flavor, texture, aroma and color. There are four key elements to making this wine: maceration, pressing inert gas, cold storage and low temperature fermentation.
WINE PAIRING: Meat, different varieties of salad, fish and mussels.
