VINEYARD: Familles Jegerlehner & Prataviera. They have three generations dedicated to wine production in the region of Gascony. In 1920, the Swiss winemaker Jean Francois Morel acquired a land of 10 hectares to make your dream come true. Almost 100 years after crops have an area of 160 hectares and wine have become a benchmark for the region.
GRAPES: Grape Petit, Gros Manseng.
AGEING: 3 months in containers stainless or cement.
PREPARATION: In the tradition of this wine cellar, the grape harvest is done at night so that the fruit to cool the heat of the day and less susceptible to oxidation at the time of maceration.
