Château Minuty (Côtes De Provence)
Château Minuty, on the Saint-Tropez peninsula in France, was acquired by Gabriel Farnet in 1936. The chateau is now one of the chief winemakers in the Côtes de Provence region and is known for its high-quality rosé wine. The combination of the temperate climate mixed with traditional winemaking and modern technology help to make Minuty wines exceptional.
Their proximity to the Mediterranean allows the vines to enjoy the benefits of the sea breeze while the soil is enriched naturally through the use of local goat and sheep manure. No weed killers or pesticides are used. For Minuty's Prestige Rosé 2018, Grenache, Cinsault, Tibouren, and Syrah grapes were hand-picked and gently crushed before being pressed at a low temperature to maintain their flavour and structure. The fermentation is also completed at low temperatures to enable the final product to be highly aromatic.
Minuty Prestige Rosé 2018 is a light rosé with a very pale colour and a delicate aroma. It is velvety and fresh in the mouth, but very well-balanced and a joy to drink. Both in aroma and flavour, delicious touches of citrus shine through. For that reason, this wine is a perfect pairing for grilled fish, veal, stuffed vegetables, or Asian dishes.

Minuty Prestige Rosé 2018 (Grenache and Tibouren)

APPELLATION: Côtes de Provence.
VINEYARD: selection of vineyards in the best terroirs des Cotes de Provence.

PREPARATION: destemmed grapes, steps on foot, then pressed at low pressure. Selection of the first juices, cold static purification and fermentation at low temperature.
PAIRING: beef carpaccio, grilled fish, stuffed vegetables Provencal and Oriental cuisine.
