VINEYARD: Terroir: stony quaternary terraces with shallow soils and low water reserves. rigorous selection of plots by age, performance, health. very dry climate with exceptional sunshine.
GRAPES: Grenache 40%, Mourvèdre 20% and 40% Syrah.
AGEING: 6 months in vats.
