- Mouth: a refreshing attack, beautiful red fruits and an English toffee. gluttonous and flexible end.
APPELLATION: Côtes du Roussillon.VINEYARD: terraced vineyards, shale soil.GRAPES: 67% Syrah, 20% Grenache and Carignan 13%.
PREPARATION: Bleeding for Grenache and Carignan method. Maceration a few hours at low temperature for Syrah. Debugging cold. Controlled fermentation temperature above 20 °C.
PAIRING: as an aperitif, tapas, caesar salad, cold meats, grilled fish, chicken with ratatouille.RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °CALCOHOL: 13%

It has a dense colour. Smell of green pepper. Pleasant, well-balanced.
