Bom Viver Reserva 2012 (Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz)
TASTING NOTES OF Bom Viver Reserva 2012:
- View: deep purple, with touches of Granada and red.
- Nose: highlight the citrus tones of red fruits, with some spicy touches and nuts.
- Mouth: A soft-bodied, with a fresh and elegant texture. Flavors of raspberries and sweet tannins are noticeable. Long on the palate and lasting finish.
VINEYARD: Quinta do Espinho.
GRAPES: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz.
AGEING: 18 months in French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: After being hand-picked, maceration is done on foot. Fermentation takes place in granite lagares where the grapes were footprints. Then they are placed in oak barrels.
PAIRING: Strong cheeses, red meats, game meats, lamb stews.
TEMPERATURE: 16 °C - 18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%
