Dalva Branco 2016 (Códega, Malvasia Fina and Viosinho)
- View: bright straw yellow, green touches, good viscosity.
- Nose: floral aromas, notes green apple, wet stone and a touch of mint.
- Mouth: fresh, spicy with a bitter aftertaste and pleasant acidity.
GRAPES: Viosinho, Malvasia Fina, Codega.
AGEING: aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and then bottled.
PREPARATION: vinification performed at low temperatures (16 °C) in order to improve fermentation aromas of passion fruit and mango.
PAIRING: as an aperitif, with appetizers, snacks, seafood, starters, light meals, vegetable soup or fish.
TEMPERATURE: 10-12 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
