Lis Neris Pinot Grigio 2017 (Pinot Grigio)
- View: straw yellow.
- Nose: intense and fruity, mineral notes, notes of lime and kiwi evidence, final almond.
- Mouth: Fresh and tasty, fairly smooth and balanced, with a pleasant, lingering finish
VINEYARD: Vineyards of San Lorenzo, with gravels and predominantly chalky soils.
GRAPES: Pinot Gris.
AGEING: aged for 8 months with frequent batonnages
PREPARATION: fermentation in stainless steel tanks (20/22 °C).
PAIRING: risotto with vegetables, light snacks, fish tartare, fish appetizers, grilled fish, sushi and sashimi, steamed fish and crustaceans.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-8 °C
