Xoriguer is the name of an old windmill that has been standing since 1784. Gin Xoriguer has come along way from being a local curitosity to being an internationally wanted product with outstanding quality and a nice bottling. Regarding the production process, the master distiller bets on natural ingredients and leaves out any artificial additives. Whether in a long drink or in a cocktail, this gin from Mahón, Menorca, is the result of artisanal work done by a family that has been distilling for generations.

TASTING NOTES:
- Color Gin Xoriguer : is bright and clear.
- Aromas: Aroma of mild juniper, herbs and fruit.
- Taste: Light-bodied, flavoured with juniper wood and herbs like rosemary and thyme, tastefully extended.

INGREDIENTS: botanicals used are juniper and a number of herbs that the manufacturer keeps jealously secret.
PREPARATION: obtained by distillation in copper stills with wine alcohol with the heat of a wood fire and, then, stored in oak barrels until it is bottled.
APPELLATION: Mahon-Menorca.
ALCOHOL: 38% Vol
