Gin Xoriguer

Xoriguer is the name of an old wind mill that stands since 1784. Gin Xoriguer has come along way from being a local popularity to being an internationally wanted product with outstanding quality and a nice bottling. For the production process, the master distiller bets on natural ingredients and leaves out any artificial additives. Whether in your long drink or in your cocktail, this gin from Mahón, Menorca, is the result of artisanal work done by a family that has been distilling for generations.

TASTING NOTES:
- Color: Gin Xoriguer is bright and clear.
- Aromas: Aroma mild juniper, herbs and fruit.
- Taste: Light-bodied, flavored with juniper wood and herbs like rosemary and thyme, tastefully extended.

INGREDIENTS: Botanists used are juniper, and a number of herbs that the manufacturer jealously guarded secret.
PREPARATION: Obtained by distillation in copper stills with wine alcohol, the heat of a wood fire until it is bottled and stored in oak barrels.
APPELLATION: Mahon-Menorca.
