You will like to know that...
Even if Moulin de la Lagune 2012 is often referred to as the "second wine" of the Château de la Lagune, this is by no means an indication of its quality. Indeed, when Caroline Frey arrived in 2004, she started with the elaboration of two new wines: the "Moulin de la Lagune" and "Mademoiselle L". These two wines stand out among Bordeaux wines for their high content of Merlot. Moulin de la Lagune 2012 is fresh and intense. This wine will charm you with its youthful character and delight you with its berry aromas.

Moulin de la Lagune 2°Vin Chateau la Lagune 2012

Moulin La Lagune is the second wine of Château La Lagune, 3rd Grand Cru Classé. It is developed with the same concern for perfection as the Castle. It is a flexible Haut Médoc, fruity, rich, with integrated oak and has the advantage of being consumed rapidly.

Moulin de la Lagune Haut-Medoc 2011
This is very pleasing to the eye. Raspberry aromas quite present. It just tasted like grape.
It wasn't well paired with food.
I drank it plane.

The Moulin de la Lagune has a red cherry colour. Aromas of coffee, toffee. I liked the acidity of 2010.
Great with vegetables and grilled meat.
I drank with my brothers.

Moulin de la Lagune Haut-Medoc 2009
I tried it on a wine tasting of wines.
It's a red with an opaque tone. The tobacco smell is very strong. Woody flavour, do not know if the grapes or barrels.
To this red would have suit better a...

I recommend buying this wine online.
As nearly all of them this one shows also a cherry colour. Toffee notes can be appreciated. A very light red.
