Juan Gil Moscatel Seco 2018 (Moscatel)
- View: Straw yellow, green and gold.
- Nose: very fresh aromas of tropical fruit (peach and apricot) citrus and white flowers.
- Mouth: flavourful, fresh, fruity, excellent acidity and citrus flavor with a long finish compesado.
VINEYARD: own winery planted about 700-850 meters above sea level, on sandy and calcareous soil with high insolation, favoring a perfect ripening vineyards.
GRAPES: Moscatel de Grano Menudo.
PREPARATION: vinification in stainless steel tanks for 25 days at a maximum temperature of 15ºC. After this fermentation process came to a passage of refrigerated warehouses until the time of bottling.
PAIRING: White fish baked, grilled seafood, soft cheeses, rice fish, pasta with fish sauce, grilled white fish, white meat with sauce, cheese soft pasta and salads complex.
TEMPERATURE: 10 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5%
