Moncaro Lacrima di Morro d'Alba Gaudente
- View: ruby red powerful.
- Nose: penetrating intensity and long persistence, floral aromas of rose and violet notes of wild berries: blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and a nice spicy flavor.
- Mouth: floral and fruity typical undergrowth, great persistence and body, a final unique finesse.
APPELLATION: Lacrima di Morro d'Alba.
VINES: Floors: sediment seabed originally deposited aluvialmente predominantly plio-pleistoceno Miocenic sand and clay. Vineyards between 160 and 280 meters, looking from east to west.
AGEING: aged in oak barrels for a few months and then in stainless steel, finalemnte bottle at controlled temperature.
PREPARATION: grapes harvested by hand, prior to fermentation cold maceration, then temperature-controlled fermentation.
PAIRING: curry, saffron, pepper, pink pepper, with traditional Italian pasta dishes: rich in flavors and spices dishes.
TEMPERATURE: 16 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
