TASTING NOTES OF Château Puech-Haut Tête de Bélier Languedoc 2016:
- View: intense red, bright and clear cherry, violet reflections.
- Nose: aromas of ripe black fruit, more candied notes, all supported by a fine cast roasted character.
- Mouth: full, large and expressive with aromas of ripe fruit and elegant woodsy.
APPELLATION: Côtes du Languedoc.
GRAPES: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Grenache.
AGEING: 18 months in French oak barrels.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
