D'Arenberg The Stump Jump Shiraz 2016 (Shiraz)
- View: cherry red.
- Nose: woody, empyreumatic, fruity and vegetables.
- Mouth: full-bodied, refreshing acidity, a broad texture and fleshy tannins, intense feeling in mouth and a long finish.
APPELLATION: McLaren Vale.
VINEYARD: made from old vines scrub.
AGEING: aged in oak before bottling.
PREPARATION: soft crushing, fermentation in traditional open tanks, pressed into the basket.
PAIRING: veal with mushrooms, beef dark cherry, deer burger with barbecue sauce and cheese Quebec beef burger with cheddar cheese and bacon.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.5%
