- View: Toro Albala Don PX Convento selection is black Zahiño, iodinated hue. Dense.
- Nose: Camphor, licorice, kirsch, dark chocolate, black currant stick, nutmeg, woodwork, spicy, toast, pastries, hazelnut cream, snuff, balsamic, eternal.
- Mouth: Large, enveloping, velvety, sweet, sour, salty, bitter. Found in a white wine grape pacified red fruit tastes bring freshness, taste of nuts, hazelnut and toasted almonds that provide sobriety and a wooden background, which includes subtle taste and makes it persistent.

AGEING: Aged under the traditional system of criaderas and sills.

I had it with fish, but I didn't like the fish, and therefore the wine didn't taste right.
