TASTING NOTES OF Marques de la Sierra Blanco 2016:
- View: yellow, green reflections.
- Nose: fresh, with notes of fennel and aniseed memories.
- Boca: broad, balanced, glyceric, memories fennel and a slightly bitter end, with length and structure. Good acidity.
VINEYARD: Plot Casilla Hospital.
GRAPES: 100% Pedro Ximenez.
PREPARATION: low temperature fermentation after a light maceration with skins.
PAIRING: fish, seafood, sushi, fried fish and rice.
TEMPERATURE: 6-8 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%
