Deep red cherry colour. First of all, you'll perceive a raspberry flavour.Oily, unctuous.
It would go perfect with blue fish.

Best paired with other food than the one we ordered. It was part of a Corporate gift.
Bright ruby red colour with reddish brown highlights. Vanilla aromas. The wine was ok.

The Chateau Simone has aromas of violets. Unfortunately the wine tasted and smelled foul, like cork.
I would recommend other vintages rather than 2008.
