Château Pontet-Canet 2010 (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot)

TASTING NOTES:
- Colour: Bright cherry colour covered and quite attractive.

- Palate: The mouth is again powerful, the palate and has good balance,
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Merlot 25%, Cabernet Franc 3%, 2% Petit Verdot
PREPARATION: Biodynamic Wine. Aged in French oak barrels, new and used
AGING: about 16 months

Very light flavour. It uncurtains a scent of red and yellow roses.Well-balanced, with a good end.
A wine to be paired with "Tapas".

This Château Pontet-Canet does not need food to accompany. With snobby guys.
Cherry red colour. Fantastic smell of roses. I liked the acidity of 2015.
