TASTING NOTES:
- View: Château Smith Haut Lafitte 375ml 2011 is cherry red with purple hues. High, dense and with good tear layer.
- Nose: Elegant and complex. Highlights include notes of licorice, acacia, blueberry, black raspberry with hints of cedar and mineral background.
- Mouth: Awesome texture, rich and creamy. With silky tannins and ripe fruit reminiscent tertiary. Very long and persistent finish. A splendid expression of Pessac-Léognan.

PAIRING: Great with braised red meat, perfect with all kinds of grilled meats. Gastronomic symphony with game dishes as the "civet" boar or venison in red wine.
