The Dow´s 2011, number 1 in the Wine Spectator list, was obtained with no less than 44 ferments of the best fruits from Quinta do Bomfim (35% of the blend), the Quinta da Senhora da Ribeira (42%) and Santinho (14%) and Cerdeira (6%) estates. Only six of the best lots were used in the final blend, which consists of 40% Touriga Franca, 36% Touriga Nacional, 10 and 14% of Sousao from aged grapevines. All have supplied this exceptional Porto with a sublime quality.
