Porto Cruz (Port)
- 8 cl CRUZ Port Branco
- 1 slice ginger
- 1 sprig rosemary
Place a slice of ginger and 1 cl CRUZ Port in a long drink glass and fill with ice. Add 7 cl CRUZ White Port wine, add a sprig of rosemary and pour tonic over it. Mix and serve.

TASTING NOTES OF Porto Cruz Branco :
- View: straw yellow, golden tones.
- Nose: white fruits, yellow, white fruits, pears and apples.
- Mouth: sweet, creamy, fresh, with a final very soft mouth.
VINEYARD: Porto Cruz
GRAPES: Viosinho, Malvasia Fina, Gouveio, Arinto, Cerceal, Rabigato.
PREPARATION: obtained from white grapes, usually by direct pressing (open tap). The resulting wine is fermented at low temperature after being decanted to enhance the freshness of its aromas.
TEMPERATURE: 7-9 °C.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 19%
