TASTING NOTES OF Warre's Vintage 1985:
- View: very dark, almost black.
- Nose: sweet nose with aromas of licorice.
- Mouth: broad principle on the palate, dried and then the final fruits, many still firm tannins. Heat in the final, spices on the finish.
GRAPES: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca.
PAIRING: cream cheese, blue cheese and hard cheese.
TEMPERATURE: 15 °C to 16 °C
