Parras Wines (Alentejo)
The Portugues red wine Montaria Premium 2016 is elaborated by Parras Wines in their estate of Herdade da Candeeira in the Alentejo region. The Parras Wines wine range is one of their newest ones, though the vines themselves date back the acquisition of the vineyards by Parras.
Montaria Premium 2016 is a great example of the region's possibilities. With a terroir characterized by a Mediterranean climate and the influence of the Serra d'Ossa, it offers fresh and youthful wines with interesting aromas of fruit. We recommend it with roasted lamb or pork prepared with Indian spices or a honey-mustard sauce.
