Yealands Pinot Noir 2017 (Pinot Noir)
- View: crimson light.
- Nose: Raised cassis and dark ripe berries, mocha and toasty aromas.
- Mouth: juicy, ripe dark fruit flavors and a supple, luxurious and full of finely balanced tannins palate.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir.
Aging: Aged in French oak barrels with malolactic fermentation, then mezlcado, stabilized and filtered before bottling.
PREPARATION: Pinot Noir blocks low yield harvested optimum maturity. Cold macerated plots 8-10 degrees for five days before
Heated and inoculated with selected yeasts. A quick and hot fermentation. We proceeded with a regular sinking to produce a wine with elegance and balance. Plots gently pressed after fermentation with a short postfermentivo maceration period to achieve the desired balance of tannins.
PAIRING: all kinds of meat: beef, game and poultry.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
