D'Arenberg The Noble Botrytinia Fuckeliana Sb 375ml 2015

- Nose: lemon curd and tropical fruits, subtle notes of cut hay.
- Mouth: thick and delicious palate, a line of beautifully racy acidity, freshness, balance, lemon curd and a variety of other fruits, blackcurrant, cumquat, green apple and mixed peel, wonderfully complex and indulgent with a subtle touch.
APPELLATION: Adelaide Hills.
GRAPES: Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc.
PREPARATION: Made with grapes affected by Brotrytis cinerea, affectionately known as noble rot, which makes the grape skin weakens, the water evaporates, resulting concentrated flavors and sweet. Berries pressed baskets before a long fermentation.
PAIRING: classic desserts like tarte au citron With fraiche and île flottante, also ideal with strong blue cheeses such as Roquefort.
