Is a symbol of Venus, a super symbol for women and their female energy. The Shiraz is Bishop, after the maiden name of Colin's wife Judith. The backbone of this powerfully built Glaetzer Bishop Shiraz are the exceptional grapes from the famous vineyards of Ebenezer in the Barossa Valley. In the wine aromas of licorice and mocha mix with notes of cassis and leather. The rich fruit flavors on the palate are carefully balanced by firm, velvety tannins. They come from the barrel aging in French and American oak. This layered Shiraz goes already gorgeous, but its shelf life extends well into the next decade and could create further interesting nuances.
