“The Pratto is a challenge that the winery wanted to take, going from conventional patterns while maintaining the respect for the territory. A late harvest where he wanted to combine Turbiana Chardonnay and Sauvignon. The aroma of the latter vinified in stainless steel, the softness of the chardonnay and the fineness of Turbiana (wood) come together harmoniously in a charming white as fresh and as immediate as material and deep. The Pratto has a pale yellow color, almost golden. The nose stuns for the variety of aromatic range where stand the tropical scents of lime, lychee, citron and honey, on a discreet background of vanilla and toasted notes, green and mineral hints. An impact of great effect that induces salivation, instilling the desire Tasting: the palate is warm, soft yet intense and persistent body, with a rich sweetness attack, followed, after an intermission balanced acid and fruity, a long final, where they return the aromas of fruity and mineral. A whole meal, goes well with light pasta dishes but rich in aromas, light meats and fish with herbs. Perfect with mature cheeses.”

The Pratto is a challenge that we wanted to take, going from conventional patterns while maintaining the respect for the land. In this late harvest the aromaticity of Sauvignon fermented in steel, the Chardonnay softness and the fineness of the Turbiana meet harmonically with an exclusive result. The nose shows hints of tropical fruit accompanied by a large vegetality and minerality that highlight the finesse and elegance, with a very communicative impact that induces salivation stimulating their taste. The palate is rich with a delicious sweetness attack followed acidity and flavor in perfect balance, finally return the fruity and mineral notes. Ideal on structured starters like foie gras crostini and even with delicate pasta dishes but rich aromas, light meat and white with fish and herbs. Perfect with aged cheeses.”
