- View: garnet with violet reflections.
- Nose: oak, incense.
- Mouth: spicy, high acidity, medium tannins.
DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Ribera del Duero
VINEYARD: Domain of Pingus
GRAPES: Tinto Fino (Tempranillo)
AGING: 18 months in new French oak.
ELABORATION: Each plot is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks of 4,000 liters. Makes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels
WINE PAIRING: Starters, Stews and stews, Fish, Cheese, Cured cheese, Ham and sausages, Iberian ham, Meat, Beef, Veal
