Tinto Pesquera (Ribera del Duero)
Product not available in United States
Alejandro Fernández, oenologist and founder of Tinto Pesquera, is a true enthusiast and, above all, in love with the Tempranillo. His work philosophy gives priority to the care of his vines, preparing a careful harvest per hand and a meticulous elaboration process in the cellar. This wine follows a traditional production method: that includes a spontaneous fermentation and long maceration periods. Pesquera Crianza 2014 ages for 18 months in American oak. Once bottled, it develops its full aromas for 6 months before entering the market.
