VINEYARD: vineyards have an average age of between 10-20 years. The winery manages together with a group of winegrowers cultivating vineyards to ensure maximum fruit quality with continuous monitoring throughout the growing cycle.
GRAPES: 85% Viura and Tempranillo Blanco 15%.
PREPARATION: Manual harvest of Tempranillo Blanco, in mid-September, at the end of the month for the variety Viura. After a brief cold maceration of the whole grapes, fermented wort tear for 15 days at a controlled between 12 °C and 15 °C.
PAIRING: fish, seafood, smoked and all kinds of fresh cheeses and semi-cured.
