Monte Real Reserva 2012 (Graciano, Mazuelo and Tempranillo)
TASTING NOTES OF Monte Real Reserva 2012:
- View: intense cherry red, brick-red trim.
- Nose: Clean and powerful aromas, with harmony between aging in oak and vinous memories.
- Mouth: broad structure, tasty, full-bodied, polished tannins and gentle, a long, lingering finish. Well developed and mature.
AGEING: Aged for 24 to 30 months in American oak barrels.
PREPARATION: Classical vinification with grapes stemmed and crushed with new control technologies fermentation and long maceration.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%
