Traditional viticulture is made in ecological conversion with biodynamic treatments. Culturing is carried out with maximum respect for the environment, regardless of the herbicides, fertilizers and synthetic mineral products.
Fermentation was performed with an aging of about 12 months in Allier French oak barrels.
This wine comes from poor limestone terraces, calcareous clay, with a bedrock outcropping zones. These terraces are made mostly by sandstones and marls whose origin is in the Quaternary era. White terraces vary in altitude between 650 m. and 800 m. And the orientation is mainly North-West.
